Stimulated IVF Cycle
$11,495
A Stimulated IVF cycle involves stimulating the ovaries to produce the highest number of eggs you can safely make in one month. The eggs are retrieved from the body and combined with sperm inside the IVF lab.
Depending on your protocol and body’s response to stimulation, medication would be an additional $5000-8000.
Includes
- Cycle monitoring bloodwork and ultrasound visits
- IV sedation with registered nurse
- Egg retrieval
- Standard IVF fertilization
- Extended blastocyst culture
- Time lapse incubation
- Fresh embryo transfer
- Embryo freezing
- First year of embryo storage
Additional fees (if needed):
- ICSI – $1500
- IV sedation with anesthetist – $400
- PGT – $2500+
- Storage after the first year -$600/year
Natural IVF Cycle
$6500
A Natural IVF Cycle uses similar processes as conventional (stimulated) IVF but requires little or no stimulation medication. Natural IVF results in 1-2 eggs per cycle and allows you to pursue a more natural approach. It is also ideal for patients who have delicate ovaries or who have not had success with conventional IVF.
Depending on your protocol and body’s response to stimulation, medication would be an additional $600-1000.
Includes
- Cycle monitoring bloodwork and ultrasound visits
- IV sedation with registered nurse
- Egg retrieval
- Standard IVF fertilization
- Extended blastocyst culture
- Time lapse incubation
- Fresh embryo transfer
- Embryo freezing
- First year of embryo storage
Additional fees (if needed):
- ICSI – $1000
- IV sedation with anesthetist – $400
- PGT – $2500+
- Storage after the first year -$600/year
Sperm Retrieval (TESA/PESA)
$2500
A procedure done in our operating room where sperm is retrieved directly from the testis or epididymis. A sperm retrieval is done in conjunction with your partner or donor’s egg retrieval for an IVF cycle.
Includes
- Sperm retrieval with Urologist
- IV sedation with registered nurse
Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A)
$2500 biopsy fee + $515/embryo
PGT-A is a genetic test performed on embryos to identify chromosomal abnormalities. This helps us select the best embryo to transfer.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
$2750
An FET cycle involves preparing the uterus to receive a thawed embryo which was previously created during an IVF cycle.
Depending on your transfer protocol, medication could be an additional $200-1000.
Timed Intercourse (TIC)
OHIP Covered
A natural approach where we track the menstrual cycle to monitor ovulation and the growth of the egg to determine your ideal days for intercourse.
A TIC cycle can be done without medication. If medication is prescribed by the doctor, it could be an additional $70-200.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
$1000
A procedure where a sample of concentrated, healthy sperm is inserted into the uterus using a thin, flexible catheter (tube). It’s done during ovulation to ensure the sperm can meet the egg at the best time.
An IUI cycle can be done without medication. If medication is prescribed by the doctor, it could be an additional $70-200.
Includes
- Cycle monitoring bloodwork and ultrasound visits
- Sperm wash
- Intrauterine insemination
Additional fees (if needed):
- Donor sperm (see 2SLGBTQI+ Family Planning section)
Embryo creation with previously frozen eggs
$7500
Embryo creation involves thawing eggs that were previously frozen during an egg freezing cycle. The eggs are then inseminated with sperm in the IVF lab to create embryos.
Includes
- Egg thaw
- Sperm wash
- ICSI
- Extended blastocyst culture
- Time lapse incubation
- Fresh embryo transfer
- Embryo freezing
- First year of embryo storage
Additional fees (if needed):
- PGT – $2500+
