We believe it’s important to understand your body and consider fertility as part of your wider health and well-being. A few simple tests can provide you with the information to make proactive decisions. Best of all, with the exception of the AMH (ovarian reserve) blood test, it’s covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).
Fertility assessments are personalised to the individual, but for most people with eggs, testing usually includes a blood test (to check your hormones and ovarian reserve) and an ultrasound (to examine the uterus and follicular count)

- Come to the clinic for your blood test and ultrasound
Review Your Results and Plan for Your Reproductive Future
- Meet with the doctor virtually to review your results and answer any questions you have
- Feel empowered to make decisions on your current and future reproductive goals
Fertility assessments are personalised to the individual, but for most people with sperm, testing usually includes a Semen Analysis (to look at total sperm health) and Sperm DNA Fragmentation (to measure the amount of damaged DNA in a sperm sample).
